Customizable Fit for Maximum Comfort
Unlike traditional one-piece coveralls, IFR’s UltraSoft® Suit-All Top offers a unique two-piece design that allows for a customizable fit. This form-fitting design eliminates the issue of saggy bottoms that can hinder mobility and comfort. Workers can mix and match tops and bottoms to achieve the perfect fit for their body shapes and sizes.
Another significant advantage of the two-piece design is the ease of removal. The UltraSoft® Suit-All Top features easy removal functionality, allowing workers to quickly respond to nature’s call without the need to remove the entire garment. This convenience not only saves time but also enhances overall comfort during work shifts.
Achieve the Perfect Fit with Suit-All Bottoms
The UltraSoft® Flame-Resistant High-Vis Suit-All Top – USO452 is part of a 2-piece coverall system that offers a form-fitting design. No more saggy bottoms! The Suit-All Bottoms are measured with standard coverall sizing, ensuring a perfect fit for all shapes and sizes. Mix and match tops and bottoms to achieve the ideal custom fit that meets your specific requirements.
Please note that Suit-All Bottoms are available in regular sizes only and not in tall sizes. However, with the wide range of sizes available, workers can find the perfect fit to ensure optimal comfort and safety.
Features Designed for Performance
When it comes to safety workwear, functionality is key. The UltraSoft® FR Suit-All Top is packed with features that enhance performance and comfort. The garment features 2″ 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Trim, ensuring maximum visibility in low-light conditions. This high-visibility trim is strategically placed to provide optimal visibility from all angles, keeping workers safe and visible even in challenging environments.
In addition to its high-visibility properties, this FR top offers a soft feel of cotton comfort. The fabric is gentle on the skin, reducing irritation and discomfort during long work hours. The top is also designed with practicality in mind, with an H2S monitor attachment on the outside pocket. The strap and elastic fasteners securely hold the monitor, allowing workers to easily access and monitor gas levels while on the job.

* take measurements wearing the same undergarments you intend to wear with this garment, and take the fullest part of your body (be it the chest, stomach, or hips) into account for the most accurate measurement
How to Take Measurements for a Perfect Fit
For most of these measurements, you will require someone to help measure and read the measurements. Remember, you may be wearing other garments under this shirt, so take this into account when measuring for the best fit.
Remember to ask someone you are comfortable with and to respect everyone’s comfort levels. Discussing the measurement process briefly beforehand is beneficial to ensure everyone is comfortable and you can get an accurate measurement.
Chest:
- Stand in a straight, natural position
- Lift your arms, parallel to the ground
- Using a tape measure, wrap the tape around the fullest part of the chest
- Then, drop your arm down naturally to your waist and measure the side
Sleeves:
- Hold arms parallel to the floor
- Bend your arm slightly into the chest, towards the collarbone, to test the range of motion
- Start the tape measure at the base of the neck, then measure across to the shoulder
- Continue the tape measure down to the elbow, then down to the wrist bone
- Measurement should end where you want the garment to sit at the cuffs, ensure your arms will be fully covered and protected while ending before extra fabric becomes a nuisance or hazard
Waist:
- Remove any belts or any items from the waistband and pocket area
- Take measurements over the shirt (or any other garment) that will be worn under the garment you measure for
- Stand straight in a natural, relaxed position
- Ensure the individual isn’t holding in their stomach so the garment can be comfortable at all times
- Measure around the waist, just below the belly button
- Remember that uniform pants are usually worn higher than casual pants for enhanced mobility and flexibility on the job
- Hold the measuring tape snug to the individual’s waist, but not too tight
- Allow two fingers between the measuring tape and the waist for some give
- Keep in mind that everybody is unique
- Measure the fullest part around the abdomen to ensure the garment will fit the widest part of an individual’s body snugly and comfortably
